President's Message

Greetings!!
Welcome to the Houston Chapter of NABMW!
The NABMW is an association of black women located throughout the United States which includes veterans and active-duty members of the Arm Forces. The organization was founded under the former name of “The Black WAAC, WAC, Women in Service”. As we begin this new journey let us remember our mission which is to tell “HER STORY”, we are here to promote and help women veterans to live up to their potential. This is a “Sisterhood” where we can come to each other with open hearts to tell her story without opinions. NABMW is The Voice of Black Military Women across our great nation and in our local areas. In sharing our stories, they have the power to impact other females to share “Her Story”. Together we as female veterans and active-duty members of this United States can be so impactful in our communities by sharing what we stand for, we can help change policies and laws for the betterment of women. Together we can make a difference.
Blessings,
